Welcome to the Charleston Community School District Number 1 automated
Computer Problem Report Form. To report a problem that you are currently experiencing
with your computer please simply click on the link, 'Create a Report', fill out the form, and hit
submit. The Central Office will then issue your complaint an identification
number that we will use to track your problem as well as to maintain a
history of problems that a particular computer might be experiencing. In
order for us to provide you with the highest level of support please fill in
every field below that you can. The Serial & District Tag Numbers help us
process and track your problem quickly. Please be sure to include both of
them! The 'Job Status' and 'Work Reports' links allow you to check on work
progress or to see what work was done.
